WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE COLLECT

If you send an enquiry, we receive what you give us: your name, email address, company if you add one, and your message. The enquiry form is processed by Jotform on our behalf and delivered to our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

We use Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is cookieless, sets nothing on your device, and does not identify you. We also use Google Analytics, but only if you accept cookies when we ask. See COOKIES below.

COOKIES

We ask before setting any analytics cookie, and nothing is set until you accept. Decline and the site stores nothing on your device beyond your choice itself, which we keep so we do not ask again on every page.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_PHZ4MJW8Z8. They count visits and tell a returning visit apart from a new one. They expire after two years, and you can withdraw at any time using the control at the end of this page.

We use no advertising cookies at all. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off, so your visit is never used to build an advertising audience.

WHY, AND FOR HOW LONG

We use your details for one thing: replying to you and, if we end up working together, running that project. That is a legitimate interest under UK GDPR. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation or the work needs it, then delete it.

We never sell your details, and we never add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@pinkmango.io and it will be done. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
